Their mission is to inspire and support communities in achieving healthier, balanced lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of STRNG’s digital platforms. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, implementing scalable solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with the design and product teams to deliver top-notch user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and staying updated with industry trends and modern technologies to continually enhance platform performance.Key Responsibilities: ● Full Stack development using Node.js & React Native.● Develop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with 3rd party software● Work with Expo or other relevant frameworks to build cross-platform mobile applications.● Architect and implement backend solutions using PostgreSQL, SQL, relational, and non-relational databases.● Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.● Implement and optimize cloud solutions on AWS and other cloud platforms.● Collaborate with UI/UX designers and translate Figma designs into functional applications.● Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards.● Utilize DevOps best practices to streamline CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes.● Analyze business requirements and customer feedback to develop effective solutions.● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.● Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:● 7-10 years of professional experience in software development.● Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.● Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL, relational, and non-relational databases.● Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.● Hands-on experience with DevOps, AWS, and cloud-based infrastructures.● Experience with Expo or similar tools for mobile app development.● Ability to design and implement full-stack solutions independently.● Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi eld (or equivalent experience).● Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working● Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team located in different parts of the world.● Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within STRNG, as well as changing business needs.● Understanding of authentication and security best practices.Benefits: ● Competitive Salary● Be part of a fast-growing project with opportunities for significant career progression● Collaborate in a diverse and innovative environment where your contributions matter
