  • Demonstrate advance proficiency in Tally software ,include comprehensive ledger management ,voucher entry reconciliation functionalities ,while also exhibiting adeptness in excel proficiency for analysis data & reporting.
  • Uphold a stringent commitment to regulatory compliance, particular with regard to tax deducted at source (TDS) and Goods & Services Tax (GST) regulation,ensuring all transactions are executed in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular ledger reconciliations to ensure the integrity & accuracy of financial Data.
  • EBO Wise Cash, Card, UPI and Banking reco against sales.
  • Coordination with sales team and BA to rectify sales & settlement daily basis If any.
  • Ensuring the booking of the Invoices as per the Purchase Order (PO).
  • Timely Payment of Invoices. Keeping track of payments done.
  • Stock Inventory Management
  • Aligning the audit of every kiosk and sharing the plan with the operations team. Post physical audit working on the reconciliation and getting the correction done in tally/Maasist software.
  • MIS on close to expiry date stock post physical audit
  • Ability to efficiently enter data into Excel spreadsheets and format it appropriately for readability and analysis.
  • Knowledge of basic to advanced Excel formulas and functions (e.g., SUM, IF, V LOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH) to perform calculations, manipulate data, and automate tasks.
