Speech Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily tasks include conducting evaluations, creating customized therapy plans, providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with families and caregivers, and maintaining detailed documentation of treatment plans and outcomes. Qualifications Proficient in Speech Therapy techniques and interventionsUnderstanding of Speech and its components, including articulation and fluencyExperience addressing Dysphagia and related swallowing disordersKnowledge and expertise in treating Communication Disorders and Language DisordersStrong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to create individualized treatment programs and monitor progress effectivelyMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldValid certification or licensure in speech therapy as per regional requirementsPrevious experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders is a plus
