Designation-Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Delivery ManagerKey Responsibilities:-Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, ServicesPreparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packsEngaging client independently on calls and e-mailsOther responsibilities include:Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research productsProducing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deckDemonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessmentKey CompetenciesMBA/ CFA/ CA 3-8 years of experience in the Investment banking spaceExperience of working Investment banking projects, including:Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements Target identification, Trading and Transaction compsBenchmarking, Ratio analysisPitch book / IM support and company profilesMacro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industriesBespoke qualitative researchShould be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails Excellent written and spoken communication skills Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power PointWorking knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
