Job Title:ServiceNow Integration Architect

Experience: 7 -15 Years

Location: Pan India

Job Purpose and primary objectives: Manage, plan, and drive the Integrations and project activities effectively

Key responsibilities :

  • Specialized in 3rd party integration tools, applications, and systems.
  • Working on Integration using Scripted SOAP Inbound and Outbound.
  • Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
  • Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
  • Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.
  • Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
  • 6-10 years direct experience in enterprise level application Integration.

  • Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script
  • Web Service Integration.
  • User Interface Level Integration.
  • MID Server Integration.
  • Integration with tools, applications, and systems.
  • Mobility and related integration.
  • AngularJS, Node.js and Bootstrap.
  • Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com.
  • Creation of a custom related list.
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
