Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:


Conceptualize and design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Research & Strategy:


Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.

Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide design solutions.

Collaboration:


Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Lead design discussions and present concepts to internal and client teams.

Mentorship:


Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Tools & Standards:


Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain best practices.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.


Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
