Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical AI Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive our business objectives.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of AI technologies, coupled with a strategic mindset to align AI projects with business goals.


This role demands a visionary leader who can guide cross-functional teams and ensure the successful deployment of AI products.


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.


•⁠ AI Architecture & Development: Design and develop scalable AI architectures and frameworks. Oversee the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.


•⁠ ⁠Business Integration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions. Ensure that AI initiatives provide tangible business value.


•⁠ Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies. Implement best practices for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.


•⁠ ⁠Project Management: Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.


•⁠ ⁠Innovation & Research: Drive innovation by exploring new AI technologies and methodologies. Conduct research to solve complex business problems using AI.


•⁠ Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Promote responsible AI use within the organization.



Required Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.


•⁠ Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


•⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), programming languages (Python, R, etc.), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


•⁠ Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to integrate AI solutions into business strategies.


•⁠ ⁠Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring AI teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills.


•⁠ ⁠Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Experience in deploying AI solutions in a production environment.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of data engineering and data governance.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

•⁠ ⁠Publications or patents in the field of AI.
