The Software License Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's software licenses, focusing on Adobe products, including the Adobe Value Incentive Program (VIP), Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) Program, Adobe Magento/Commerce Program, Oracle ULA Agreement, Managing Database and Middleware application and other portfolio within the scope. The role requires a deep understanding of software licensing agreements, cost optimization, and compliance, along with strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and support requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in software license management, including negotiation, procurement, and vendor management, with a focus on Adobe products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. License Management:

o Manage and oversee the organization's software license portfolio, focusing on Adobe VIP, ETLA, and Magento/Commerce Programs.

o Oracle ULA Agreement, Managing Database and Middleware application, Delivery ELP report on periodic basis.

o Ensure compliance with licensing terms and conditions, minimizing the risk of over-deployment and underutilization.

o Track, audit, and optimize license usage to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with organizational needs.

2. Vendor and Contract Management:

o Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with Adobe and other software vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

o Maintain and manage contractual relationships with Adobe, ensuring adherence to terms, renewal dates, and any changes in licensing models.

o Coordinate with procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts are comprehensive and protect the organization's interests.

3. Stakeholder Communication and Support:

o Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, articulating and communicating software license policies, changes, and updates.

o Manage end-market support requests, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries related to software licensing and usage.

o Set and manage expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and outcomes for software license management projects.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

o Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create detailed reports on software usage, compliance, and financial impact.
