Senior Java Software Engineer

Job Title: Java Developer / Sr Java Developer / Java Tech Lead ( Angular OR React is MUST)Job Location: Pune & Bangalore ( AWS is must)Experience : 5 - 12 Years ONLYRole PurposeBuild, test, and maintain scalable software solutions while leading a team of developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code.Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.Collaborate with QA and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.Lead a team in implementing Java/J2EE applications.Translate technical requirements into detailed design specifications.Mentor junior developers and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Primary SkillsProficiency in Java 8+, J2EE (JSPs, EJBs), Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA.Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).Experience with REST and SOAP web services.Solid database knowledge: MariaDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.Frontend technologies: HTML, XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Angular 18/20.Backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate.Reporting tools: Eclipse BIRT Report 4.15 (open source).Application servers: JBoss 8.0.7.0 (JDK 17), WebSphere, WebLogic.Web servers: Tomcat.Scripting: Linux Shell Scripts.Messaging systems: IBM MQ 9.5, Kafka, RabbitMQ.Development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, Putty, WinSCP, Git, Jenkins, Postman, SoapUI, Maven, Gradle.Monitoring tools: ELK Stack, Splunk.Experience in mentoring and team leadership.Familiarity with Agile best practices.Hands-on experience in DevOps and Release Management.Support for batch job operations.Experience in Microservices architecture.Secondary SkillsCloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.Experience with Angular version upgrades.Exposure to WebSphere.Domain expertise in Banking.
