Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Pilates & Beyond With Zaineb Ali Studio. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement programs. The role is located in Hyderabad.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus

Requirements

  • Should be available on-site at the Banjara Hills branch
  • Must have excellent communication skills
