The responsibilities will include: Ownership of the AP process including:Issuing Purchase Order in accordance with Group procurement procedureCapturing supplier invoices in the Finance systemChecking Staff expense claim and entering into the Finance systemCredit card management and entering the claims to the Finance systemPreparation of paymentsManaging relationships with external stakeholders and suppliersLiaising with internal stakeholders within ANZ and AsiaPreparation of bank reconciliations,Supporting in the managing of the fixed asset register,Assisting in the preparation of intercompany and customer invoice,Maintaining record of bank mandate and assisting CFO in the communication with banks when change requiredAssisting in the management of record keeping Helping to prepare relevant management reports and supporting the year end audit process Supporting with ad hoc tasks within the APAC Finance departmentA minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.Candidates should be open to working flexible hours to align with global time zones, if requiredPreferably, candidates should have experience in a similar role within a Big 4 firm or a multinational company
