Role:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage client brands across all channels, including social media, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Develop and oversee communication reports, regularly updating clients on performance, trends, and key insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage brand assets and deliver end-to-end execution of social media and other marketing activities.
  • Handle client requests, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all client communications and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and propose strategic improvements.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of all client deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to advise clients proactively.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in client account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and creative processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
