Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in Workday HCM

· Understanding of the different QA methodologies and Test levels

· Experience with standardized QA Processes.

· Experience with QA specific tools - Test Management, Test Execution progress, Defect tracking and triage.

· Play an active hands-on role in all aspects of quality assurance, from functional requirements walk-through, reviewing technical designs, creating test plans and testing project

· Should have knowledge of Agile and Scrum.

· Experience in JIRA would be an added advantage

· Be responsible for following through and making sure defects are reported and escalated appropriately

· Has ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and minimal supervision

· Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills

· Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (Agile, waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.

· Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products

· Keeps abreast of current technology trends

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred:

· ISTQB Testing Certifications

· Experience working in scrum and waterfall methodology

· Experience working in onsite/offshore model

· Working knowledge of test management tools like ALM/ Bugzilla / Jira /Visual Studio Test Manager etc.

· Experience in Automation using Selenium/any automation tools.
