AcreFeet is a cutting-edge real estate platform that connects buyers, sellers, and brokers to streamline property transactions across India. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the enrollment of brokers and agents, ensuring they become active participants in our platform.


Role Description

-Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential brokers/agents through online/offline channels, networking events, and referrals.

-Onboarding & Training: Convince brokers/agents to join AcreFeet, explain the benefits, and ensure they understand platform functionalities.

-Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers/agents to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.

-Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment targets, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.

-Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from brokers/agents to enhance platform features and improve their experience.

-Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create tailored campaigns and resources for brokers/agents.

-Reporting: Provide regular reports on enrollment metrics, challenges, and market insights to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, real estate, or property management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Greater Chennai Area
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
