Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Affiliate Marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Keyword Research & Optimization:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms.
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for relevant keywords.
Landing Page Optimization:
- Work with design and development teams to optimize landing pages for conversion.
- Monitor landing page performance and make data-driven improvements.
Stay Updated:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Research and test new channels and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Experience with affiliate marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
