About the Role:

Yarn Planning & Coordination MIS helps in tracking yarn inventory levels across different stages of production and storage facilities. It ensures that adequate yarn stock is maintained to meet production schedules without overstocking. The one should integrates data from yarn suppliers regarding availability, prices, and delivery schedules. This helps in making informed procurement decisions and negotiating favorable terms.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Yarn requirements Plans for all three units.
• Coordination with Yarn Sourcing, getting required yarns as per the schedule.
• Maintain the yarn inventory @ Optimum, any point of time including all 3 units.
• Ensuring & need to maintain No yarns lying with us more than 30 days without any proper reason.
• Preparing all the MIS reports as and when required by Head PPC.
• Daily Order in hand report to be made and to be circulated through Planning Head.
• Preparation of Daily Sales Order released data & circulates to concern.
• Preparation of Weekly Reports & Circulating which consisting of

1. BY-Products data from FG Stock.

2. Greige yarn Stock.

3. Greige Fabric Stock [ Prepared by Weaving Planner ]

4. Next week FOB Report [Prepared by Production Merchandiser ]

5. Greige yarn Sourcing Data [ Made by Yarn Sourcing ]

• Preparation of Monthly surplus data & taking action based the results.
• Preparing the Finished Goods Ware house [FG Stock], with all the remarks such as dispatch able, Surplus Etc & share in the mail to all concerned daily.
• Keeping & Maintaining all the Records related to ORGANIC Orders @ PPC.
• Working as a coordinator between Greige yarn sourcing / Yarn Dyeing / Weaving for all the three plants.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Textiles

Required Skills:

• Skills in planning, organizing, and executing projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Capability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis using tools like Excel, SAP.
• Willingness to stay updated with advancements in technology and industry trends.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and regulatory requirements.

Preference -

• Immediate joiner or in 15 days.
• Should have 4-7 years of experience.
• Must have worked in Textile Industry.
