Role Title: IT Recruiter – UK &Europe regions (Work from office only)

Job Description:

We are currently in search of seasoned recruiters to join our team, playing a pivotal role in bolstering our recruitment efforts across the UK and Europe regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Employ diverse candidate sourcing strategies encompassing job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Utilize advanced search methods to identify and approach potential candidates for challenging positions.
  • Scrutinize resumes and engage in phone/in-person conversations to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Seamlessly guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both our valued clients and prospective candidates.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with candidates, fostering a seamless and gratifying recruitment journey.
  • Stay current on industry trends and employ best practices to enhance our recruitment procedures.


Requirement:

Mandatory

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in sourcing profiles, with a specialized focus on the UK and Europe regions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing job boards and adeptness in employing social sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on proficiency in sourcing profiles from diverse sources, such as Job boards, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.


Good to Have

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • The capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and candidates concurrently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
