AGM / DGM – Business Development - Renewable - On Site (m/f/d)

Full-time, Gujarat (Rajkot/Ahmedabad), India


Purpose/ Profile Summary:


To generate Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid Park Open Access enquiries, close the orders, payment collection, project coordination for ground mounted Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid projects for Captive (Capex), Third Party Sale & Group Captive PPA in State of Gujarat.


Your works will include:


Performs following functions including but not limited to:


  • Prospecting/ identifying, selecting and acquiring potential power consumers in the state of Gujarat for Group Captive PPAs or Investments in Captive Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid projects.
  • Develop suitable set of channel partners for fast conversion of potential clients to Clients.
  • Preparing offers/ term sheets/ LOIs, negotiating and closing contracts and collect receivables.
  • Timely preparation and presentation of MIS to management
  • Work with HQ team to ensure that timelines for project finalization and commissioning as agreed with customers and senior management are always met.
  • Support HQ and clients in preparing various applications, submission and getting permits from various Govt. authorities.
  • Travel across various cities in Gujarat for business development and client acquisition.



Your Profile:


  • 10+ year experience in techno commercial B2B sales in Wind / Solar Industry.
  • Strong understanding of group captive/ third party sale PPAs, Open Access regulations, Power Markets in Indian, Wind / Solar Parks in the State of Gujarat
  • Prior experience in handling large-scale projects and key account management.
  • Knowledge about open access regulations and Govt policies in Gujarat for Captive and Group Captive models
  • Worked in renewable industries preferably in Wind / Solar sector.


Qualification and Educational Requirements:


· Preferable - Bachelor’s degree in engineering /MBA from Institute of repute.
