About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing album covers, posters, motion graphics, and lyrical videos. You will work closely with our artists, marketing team, and other creative professionals to visually bring our music projects to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Album Covers: Create visually compelling and artistically unique album covers that reflect the identity and message of the music.
  • Create Promotional Posters: Design eye-catching posters for various marketing campaigns, including digital and print media.
  • Develop Motion Graphics and Lyrical Videos: Produce engaging motion graphics and lyrical videos that complement our music releases, ensuring high creativity and technical precision.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure all visual content aligns with the overall brand and project goals.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, focusing on album covers, posters, and motion graphics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant design tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing various design work, including album covers, posters, and motion graphics/lyrical videos.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:
