Position-Senior PHP Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing web-based enterprise-class applications and back-end services with integration to different 3rd party systems.


Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze user requirements while understanding the business context.

- Create and maintain server-side and client-side PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js solutions.

- Improve user interfaces and experiences with designers to make them responsive and mobile-friendly.

- Design/Develop RESTful APIs that are secure and scalable. Integrate third-party services.

- Ensure applications work consistently across different browsers and platforms through extensive testing and debugging.

- Manage server configurations, deployments, and performance tuning, particularly on cloud platforms.

- Implement advanced database management techniques and ensure data security complies with regulations.

- Lead and participate in agile processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Research and apply new technologies to enhance functionality and user engagement.

- Provide guidance and training to junior team members to uplift the team’s overall expertise.

- Address security across the stack with robust measures to protect against common vulnerabilities.

Skills & Qualification:

- Advanced skills in PHP and frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

- Strong in relational databases like MySQL and SQL queries.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms like AWS.

- Knowledge of web security (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection etc) and secure coding practices.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.

- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.

- Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams.

- Capable of writing detailed software architecture, API, and end-user guide documentation.

-Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
