Job Overview: The Admin/HR Support will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day administrative and HR operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting HR processes such as employee engagement, documentation etc. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, pantry stock, and procurement to ensure seamless availability of essentials, optimizing inventory levels and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office premises by effectively coordinating with housekeeping and facility management teams.
  • Facilitate end-to-end travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests, ensuring cost-effective and hassle-free experiences.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal events to enhance collaboration and engagement.
  • Maintain and streamline office records, contracts, and administrative documentation for easy access, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Handle petty cash management with accuracy, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial policies.
  • Prepare and manage the facility management annual budget, along with generating MIS reports related to administrative functions for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee IT asset management, ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, and maintenance of hardware and software resources.

Human Resources Support:

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle and manage HRMS for maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
