*Job Title:* Program Analyst- Excel and Visualization Expert


*Location:* Indore / Hyderabad


*Job Type:* Full-Time ( 3 months probation )


*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel and Visualization Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and workflows. This role requires a strong familiarity with VBA, Python, or AppScript for creating advanced macros, and expertise in Excel’s data analysis and visualization tools. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of setting up and managing databases, and integrating data ingestion from Sharepoint or network folders. This position will play a critical role in developing self-serve applications hosted via Sharepoint.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets utilizing complex formulas, macros, and workflows.

- Design and implement automated solutions using VBA, Python, or AppScript.

- Perform data analysis and create visualizations using Excel’s suite of tools to support business decision-making.

- Set up and manage databases (Access or similar tools) and develop SQL queries to support data retrieval and manipulation.

- Integrate data ingestion processes from Sharepoint or network folders to ensure seamless data availability for analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Excel-based applications.

- Create and maintain documentation for all developed solutions and processes.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of self-serve applications.


*Must-Have Qualifications:*

- Proven expertise with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and workflows.

- Strong familiarity with VBA, Python, or AppScript for creating advanced macros.

- Extensive experience with Excel’s data analysis and visualization suite.

- Proficiency in SQL or any other querying language and experience in setting up and managing databases (Access or similar tools).

- Ability to set up data ingestion processes from Sharepoint or network folders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience with Sharepoint development and hosting applications.


*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.


*Education and Experience:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
