We deliver turnkey design-buildsolutions based on EPC mode, integrating energy efficiency, safety, and smart-control technologies to achieve performance and sustainability excellence.Position SummaryThe Operations Manager (MEP Projects) will oversee end-to-end planning,coordination, execution, and billing closure across multiple ongoing sites.The role demands proactive interface with clients, architects, consultants, andvendors, ensuring that design intent, execution quality, and financial milestonesare seamlessly achieved.A strong command of modern project-tracking and productivity tools is essentialfor hybrid monitoring of site performance, resources, and deliverables.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple MEP projects concurrently—from design validation tocommissioning and client handover. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives for designapprovals and technical compliance. Deploy and supervise vendors / subcontractors, ensuring timely executionaligned with approved GFC drawings. Review and get approval for shop drawings, submittals, and methodstatements in coordination with design teams. Track project schedules, material deliveries, and manpower utilization throughdigital project dashboards. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards (CPWD / IS / NBC/ CEA / IEC codes). Drive RA billing, certification, reconciliation, and finalization in closecoordination with accounts & clients. Identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements duringexecution. Provide regular progress reports, risk registers, and resource forecasts tomanagement. Lead weekly coordination meetings—onsite and virtual—to align technical,commercial, and administrative fronts. Mentor site engineers and supervisors to ensure consistent performanceacross all project locations.Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Master’spreferred). 10 + years’ experience in MEP project execution, with 5 + years in a multi-sitelead role. Familiarity with CPWD, NBCC, MES, or institutional projects required. Known to MS Project, Primavera, and collaboration tools (Teams, Asana, orZoho Projects). Strong understanding of contracts, variation claims, and project billingmechanisms. PMP / Equivalent Project Management Certification desirable.Key SkillsStrategic project oversight and multi-site coordination Client & stakeholder communication Billing management and cost optimization Vendor deployment and performance tracking Digital project monitoring and analytics Technical proficiency in HVAC, Electrical, Fire, and ELV systems Leadership and team mentorshipContact - 8595401369Hiringpoint.solutions@gmail.com
