We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for building solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.


You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative andquantitative data to make informed decisions. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:


Set design requirements basedon information from internal teamsand user research

Conduct user research and translate the findings into user-centric design

Create design mock-ups and interactive prototypes

Identify new product improvement opportunities

Analyse how a new product satisfiesmarket needs and consumer preferences

Stay up to date on currentindustry trends, market conditions and implement best practices

Coordinate with other designteam members to ensure consistent and accuratecommunication

Modify and revise existingdesigns to meet changing customer preferences

Work closely with productmanagers and engineersto enhance products and processes

Present product design ideas to cross-functional teamsand senior leadership


Requirements and skills:


4+ years of product designing experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital experience

Relevant experience in all phases of the design process includinguser research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

Experience in the technology sector, especially SaaS-based product designing in a fast-paced startup environment

Proficiency in design softwaresuch as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or other similartools

Proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creativevision

An intuitive eye for customerneeds beyond the obvious with an excellent attention to detail

Ability to work as per the briefs alongside product managers to define product requirements and ensure designs alignwith business goals

Collaborate with internal teams and clientsto craft the best possible solution

Ability to collect and interpretboth qualitative and quantitative feedback

A well-rounded portfolio of client work,demonstrating a strongunderstanding of clientobjectives

Ability to effectively communicate and persuade arounddesign concepts and guide junior designers

Passion for design; not satisfied with the statusquo and always thinkingof creative ways to improve

Dynamic, creative personality, effectiveat engaging and influencing a varietyof audiences

Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreastof the latest trends and techniques

Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas


Education:

Bachelors/ Master’sdegree in ProductDesign, UX design,Industrial design or a relatedfield from a Tier I institute
