The ideal candidate must be skilled in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, GST/TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Tally ERP. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records — we want to meet you at our walk-in drive.🔑 Key Responsibilities🧾 Accounts ManagementProcess vendor invoices, verify documents, and ensure timely AP payments.Maintain customer accounts, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.Prepare and record customer invoices as per statutory and company guidelines.Track operational expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.📘 Bookkeeping & Financial RecordsMaintain daily accounting entries and ensure accuracy in Tally.Perform data entry for receipts, payments, journal entries, and adjustments.Conduct regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure updated financial statements.🧮 Taxation & ComplianceAssist with GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory documentation.Provide reports and documentation during internal & external audits.Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory frameworks.📊 Reporting & CoordinationPrepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries and cash flow insights.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve finance queries.Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all invoices and vouchers.💼 Skills & CompetenciesTechnical ExpertiseHands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.Behavioral StrengthsExcellent attention to detail & accuracy in financial data.Strong time-management and organizational skills.Ethical, dependable, and proactive approach to work.🎓 Eligibility4–10 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.📢 Walk-In Drive Details🗓 Date: 22nd November 2025⏰ Time: 10 am - 2 pm📍 Venue: Level 6 – 6A, Lotus Nilkamal Business Park , Dalia Industrial Estate , New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400053Location Link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/xe8D5YvsMGG4HHeN8Contact Name: Steeven FernandesContact No: +91 8452047696Please bring:Updated CVPhoto IDEducational & experience documents
