Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring project success. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams to guarantee seamless collaboration and project advancement.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Engage with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and project requirements.
  2. Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of client needs and project objectives.
  4. Communicate project progress, updates, and timelines effectively to clients.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services based on client feedback and needs.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  7. Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects to non-technical clients.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
