Role Description

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX and Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually stunning designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
  • Create graphic elements such as icons, illustrations, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and graphic design work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus


Salary:

  • CTC: INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum
