We are Looking for Technical Project manager
Project Management Skills: Planning and organizing: Ability to create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set timelines.
Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Time management: Prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
Budgeting and cost management: Estimating project costs, tracking expenses, and managing budgets effectively.
Leadership and Team Management: Team building: Develop a collaborative work environment and building cohesive project teams.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Motivation: Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals and overcome challenges.
Conflict resolution: Addressing conflicts and resolving issues within the project team or with stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Understanding of relevant software tools for project management, scheduling, and collaboration (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ).
Familiarity with industry-specific technical concepts and terminology.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Critical thinking: Evaluating project requirements, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions.
Decision-making: Making informed decisions based on data, analysis, and stakeholder input.
Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing project requirements or circumstances.
Business Acumen:Profit & Loss Analysis: Understanding project financials and making strategic decisions to ensure profitability.
Client management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations.
Quality Management: Quality assurance: Implementing processes to ensure the quality of deliverables meets project requirements and standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Stakeholder engagement: Identifying and managing stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Customer focus: Putting the needs and satisfaction of customers or end-users at the forefront of project delivery.
Should be able to manage team size ~25 to 75.
