  • Proficiency in Backend Development: Strong command of C++ with 4-7 Years of experience in the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems and APIs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations, develop compliance strategies, and oversee implementation to mitigate risk and maintain legal and ethical standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.


What you'll need to bring:

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification. Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms. Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes. Familiarity with templating in C++. Knowledge of RESTful principles and best practices, also experience with Dragon Framework. Good to have Websocket & Multicast.
  • System Architecture & Design: Ability to design a system from scratch. Familiar with microservices and sharding architecture.
  • Cloud Computing Platforms: Proficiency in deploying, managing, and optimising cloud infrastructure on platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Web Servers and Proxies: Knowledge of configuring and optimising web servers like NGINX for load balancing, reverse proxying, and caching, to enhance the performance and security of web applications and APIs.
  • Asynchronous Programming and Messaging: Experience with asynchronous programming techniques and message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, for handling background tasks, event-driven processing, and inter-service communication.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles and best practices, including encryption, access controls, authentication, and authorisation, to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for code management, collaboration, and deployment, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues efficiently, utilising debugging tools, log analysis, and performance monitoring solutions.
