The organisation operates globally, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new hires across multiple locations. This is a hands-on configuration and support role, perfect for experienced SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultants with strong technical and process expertise. You will manage onboarding configurations, troubleshoot workflows, validate data mappings, and ensure smooth onboarding operations. The role requires close collaboration with HR and technical teams to optimise processes and provide ongoing system support and maintenance.
