Job Profile

We are looking for Director Product Management AI with a strong background in AI / ML and at least 10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a deeper understanding of AI technologies, product management best practices, and a proven track record of successfully bringing AI-driven products to market. The candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of AI products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-based development.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for the Create experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the existing applications and deliver tangible value to business.


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with an experience of 15+ years in Product Management.
  • Minimum of 10+ years focused on AI-based product development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI products that meet customer and business goals.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts and influence various audiences. Good Communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity. You relish the opportunity to build from the ground up.
