Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly in ReactJs/NextJs with TypeScript and ExpressJs/NestJs, and be passionate about building scalable and efficient applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining both client-side and server-side applications, while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using NextJs/ReactJs with TypeScript for the frontend and ExpressJs/NestJs for the backend. 
  • Implement low-level design solutions for both frontend and backend components, ensuring efficient data handling, API calls, scalability, security, and maintainability. Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code, and create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. 
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. 
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring the seamless integration of various components and services within the tech stack. 
  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilising services such as ECS/EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS for PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ALB/NLB. 
  • Participate in architectural design, focusing initially on Modular Monoliths and transitioning to Microservices as needed. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. 
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. 


Qualifications: 

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or equivalent roles.
  • Strong proficiency in NextJs/ReactJs, TypeScript, and ExpressJs/NestJs. 
  • Solid understanding of low-level design principles for both frontend and backend applications, with a focus on efficient data handling, API integration, and service design. 
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, state management libraries (e.g., Redux), and server-side development. 
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and familiarity with services such as ECS/EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS for PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ALB/NLB. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 


Bonus Skills: 

  • Familiarity with React Native for mobile development. 
  • Experience with Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Frontend Performance Optimization Techniques. 
  • Knowledge of Design Systems, Component Libraries, and serverless architecture. AWS certification(s). 
  • Knowledge and experience with Python, particularly in web development using Flask or FastAPI. 
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
