Role OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and fast-moving Listing Operations Associate who will be responsible for uploading and managing product listings across our B2B and B2C platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every listing from pallets to truckloads is accurate, complete, and visually appealing.ResponsibilitiesUpload new product and load listings to CommerceCentral.io and DealsForYou.comEnter and verify product details including title, description, MSRP, category, and conditionUpload manifests, pricing data, and images (using provided templates or AI tools)Coordinate with the sourcing and sales teams to prioritize which listings go liveMaintain consistency in formatting, keywords, and brand presentation across listingsMonitor and update existing listings (mark sold, adjust prices, replace images, etc.)Report any listing errors, duplicates, or missing information to the teamTrack listing performance metrics and suggest optimizationsRequirements1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce, or data entryStrong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace tools (preferred)Ability to work independently and meet daily targetsGood written English and basic product photography knowledge (a plus)What You’ll GainHands-on experience in the re-commerce and liquidation ecosystemTraining on AI-powered listing tools, manifest automation, and logistics integrationsOpportunity to grow into category management or operations leadership roles
