About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join on a remote freelance/contract basis, specializing in solutions for the Life Sciences and Healthcare domains. The role involves leading architectural design, ensuring platform scalability, and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored for Life Sciences and Healthcare projects.
  • Define integration strategies, security models, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to align Salesforce solutions with requirements.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other relevant modules.
  • Lead data migration, third-party integrations, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an Architect role.
  • Proven experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare industry processes and compliance.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and industry-specific solutions.
  • Strong technical background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Health Cloud Consultant preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
