Eram Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls for a leading role in the Oil & Energy industry. The Sr Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls will be a key player in this organization, responsible for leading projects and teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Job Location for this role would be in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of instrumentation and control systems for the Oil & Energy industry
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide technical support to clients and teams, and ensure that all technical issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Carry out site visits and inspections, and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for the Oil & Energy industry
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including API, ISA, and IEC
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
