The role involves designing and developing end-to-end applications, integrating advanced LLM-based capabilities, and ensuring seamless deployment across cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack expertise, hands-on experience with AI/LLM ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient solutions.Job Responsibilities:Designing and developing end-to-end AI-powered applications, including backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.Building scalable microservices and APIs using frameworks such as Node.js/NestJS / .NET / Python (FastAPI/Flask) to integrate AI/ML models.Working with cross-functional teams (product, data science, ML engineers, QA) to gather requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.Implementing LLM and GenAI workflows, vector embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt-engineering–based architectures.Developing clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices and secure coding standards.Conducting unit testing, debugging, and model evaluation to ensure reliability and correctness of both traditional and AI-driven components.Troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance across the stack, and ensuring high availability and scalability.Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to solution design, model integration patterns, and MLOps strategy.Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain consistent code quality.Deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and working with CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery.Working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining technical ownership and accountability.Sharing knowledge within the team and mentoring junior developers in full-stack and AI development best practices.Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills4-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with 1.5+ years in AI/LLM development.Strong backend development skills using Node.js, NestJS, Python, or .NET Core.Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, React, or Next.js, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns.Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL / vector databases.Strong version-control experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos, and collaborative branching strategies.Exposure to Agile/Scrum development.Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP; containerization experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.Excellent debugging, optimization, and analytical skills.Soft SkillsStrong communication and documentation abilities.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA teams.A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, performance, and scalability.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, DevOps, or AI/ML will be an added advantage.Benefits:Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location.Medical InsurancePaid LeavesFlexible work schedulesDevelopment and career growth opportunitiesOpen Time Off
