Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst will support key operational accounting processes, including expensereport reviews, audits, financial reporting assistance, and cross-functional coordination. Thisrole requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability tocollaborate effectively with teams across the organization, including frequent interaction withUS-based teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Expense Management Review and process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policiesand procedures Identify exceptions or policy violations and flag them to the accounting team Connect with internal accounting contacts for clarifications and issue resolution (high volumeexpected during the first 1–2 weeks)Audit & Reconciliation Perform monthly client fee audits to verify rate consistency across internal systems Conduct monthly commission rate audits to ensure accuracy Collaborate internally to investigate and resolve audit discrepancies Complete customer profile audits as needed to maintain accurate and complete client data.Financial Reporting Support Assist the financial reporting team with ad-hoc reporting requests Perform accounting, financial, or administrative tasks required to support departmentalneedsRequired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance 2+ years of experience in an accounting processing role Experience with Concur Expense Reporting is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of expense processing and financial documentation Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities Adaptability and willingness to explore diverse solutions to challenges Well-developed English written and verbal communication skills Initiative-driven, with a “get the job done” mindset Strong math aptitude and numerical accuracy Experience working with US-based teams is preferred Flexibility to overlap with US time zones Follow Hybrid work policy
