We at ELD are looking for a creative, detail oriented and extremely responsible Copy Writer to join us An ideal candidate is someone with a minimum 1-2 year of experience as a copywriter in an agency. So if you are a grammar nazi with a ‘go getter’ attitude and don’t shy away from hard work - you will look good on our team


Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Working model: Hybrid Model

Days: Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:


1. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content

2. Developing content and copy for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media

3. Assisting the social media team in developing content for advertising campaigns

4. Write clever, humorous content that aligns with the brand's tone and appeals to the target audience.

5. Craft compelling and emotionally resonant poetry for specific campaigns, events, or special occasions.

6. Proofreading copy for errors and inconsistencies

7. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability

8. Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience

9. Identifying clients’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content


Skills and Requirements :


1. Proven work experience of 1 year in copywriting - someone with an agency background will be preferred

2. Writing portfolio that consists of blogs, social media content, poetry in various genres ( we are specifically looking for someone who adds humor in their content)

3. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field

4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics

6. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
