Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ELV systems, including but not limited to security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, public address, and building management systems (BMS). You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure all systems are installed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets. The Job requires travel within Kerala & Nearby states. The candidate must be proficient in Malayalam.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and commission ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control, public address, etc.).
  • Conduct site surveys and produce detailed system designs and layouts.
  • Prepare technical specifications, project proposals, and documentation.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the installation of ELV systems, ensuring they comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users on the operation of installed systems.
  • Prepare and review project progress reports, as well as resolve any technical issues on-site.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices related to ELV systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience working with ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, PA systems, BMS, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC).
  • Certification in ELV systems or related technologies (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and simulation tools.
  • Familiarity with programming and configuration of ELV systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
