Our client is renowned for innovation, they provide Identity as a service (IDaaS) solutions as well as IAM Managed services, they are a global leading IAM, IT Governance Risk & Compliance organisation.


Due to significant growth plans across the business, we are looking for Senior Identity Architects who have solid experience implementing the IAM tool ForgeRock Identity Cloud.


What you’ll do:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of the practice and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and maintaining ForgeRock IAM systems to ensure the security of our client’s customers’ critical systems and data. In this pivotal role, collaboration is key, work closely with diverse teams to embed best practices, optimise workflows, and empower secure access for a range of clients. It's an opportunity to lead a team of access management experts, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing ForgeRock and governance practices to oversee user access privileges, guaranteeing adherence to company compliance.

It is also critical to have excellent stakeholder management skills and consulting experience as you will manage relationships with access management technology vendors and service providers.


Key Responsibilities include but are limited to:

  • Proven track record in the development, customisation, implementation, configuration, and deployment of ForgeRock.
  • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting, implementation and technical infrastructure setup.
  • Contribute to validating architecture design, feature development, and technical implementations.
  • Collaborate with technical integrators and product teams during the design and construction phase of onboarding any entity to client projects
  • Reporting of progress, risk tracking and issues related to the client project deployment
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to contribute to technical spec documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities related to processes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employees.


Experience required:

  • Commercial hands-on experience in the development, customisation, implementation, configuration, and deployment of ForgeRock
  • Demonstrated consulting / excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in navigating potential technical hurdles and providing practical and enduring solutions.
