We are looking for a Practice Leader – GCP to drive capability growth, innovation, and practice leadership across Cloud Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions. This role is not tied to any single client project or billable assignment—it’s about building organizational capability and driving enterprise impact.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Define the GCP practice vision and roadmap for Mastech Digital

✔️ Build and mentor a high-performing in-house GCP talent pool

✔️ Develop accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets for cloud-native solutions

✔️ Partner with delivery, sales, and clients as a subject matter authority

✔️ Champion innovation, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing in the GCP ecosystem

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ A proven leader who can establish and scale technical practices

✔️ Strong expertise in Google Cloud Data & AI capabilities (BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI, etc.)

✔️ Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

✔️ Passion for developing people, practices, and next-gen solutions
