Job Details: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online traffic, generating leads, and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  1. Content Strategy:
  • Develop a content strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content to engage target audiences and support lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.
  1. SEO and SEM:
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize conversions.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
