At Infobrandz, we’re looking for an Art Director or Creative Lead to elevate our design projects and drive creative innovation. This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional design assets across multiple platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities


You will collaborate closely with product marketers, social media specialists, and content writers to develop and lead the creation of compelling design collaterals, such as:

  • Infographics
  • E-mailers
  • Pitch Decks
  • E-books
  • Social Media Posts
  • Presentations
  • Landing Pages
  • Websites


Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end-to-end design projects, from ideation to post-launch impact analysis. This includes conceptualizing, presenting, and storytelling for stakeholders.
  • Develop unique and professional designs for social media, marketing channels, and events.
  • Guide the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, display ads, videos, and e-books.
  • Prepare customizable templates for presentations, business cards, and other marketing purposes.
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, and creative visuals for various digital platforms.
  • Occasionally lead video production and post-production for video ads and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of landing pages and website updates.
  • Partner with content creators and writers to ensure cohesive visualization of end products.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather resources like images, logos, stats, and content for creative projects.
  • Research and recommend innovative design ideas to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.


Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative leader with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in design, branding, or marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related disciplines.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Adobe XD. Video editing experience is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to execute designs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Exceptional typographic skills, attention to detail, and intrinsic design ability.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Basic copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling through visuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional drive to innovate and learn continuously.
