Role : RPA Automation Architecture

EXPERIENCE:10+

Location : Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

 Translate the customer’s business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions

 Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements

 Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios

 Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation

 Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans

 Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions

 Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities

 Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase

 Represent IT Operations in Internal & External Compliance Audits

 Create & Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT SOPs, Policies & Standards

Technical Skills:

 Minimum bachelor’s degree with computer science.

 Minimum 6 years of experience developing Intelligent Automation or RPA Solutions

 Minimum 8 years of overall IT development experience

 Prior hands-on RPA development in Automation Anywhere 360

 Competency and experience at significant and effective scaled deployments

 Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains

 Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English, must be able to present complex technical topics in a clear and structured way.

 Should be a team worker with desire to learn and share knowledge.

 Flexible, agile and adaptable to work in a fast growth and dynamic environment servicing global clients with a strong customer-focused work culture.

 certification will be highly desirable.

process Skills:

 Knowledge on Agile Methodology

 Should have followed Support / Incident Management in prior projects

 Should have followed / known standard SDLC development process

Behavioral Skills:

 Should be a good Team player

 Should be willing to work in rotational shifts

 Should have good communication skills

Qualification:

 BE or B Tech
