About the role:

The role requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain, including substantial exposure to Oracle SCM Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and the ability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders. They must have a thorough understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture, proficiency in SCM Cloud integration with other modules, and functional knowledge across various areas such as data conversion, migrations, interfaces, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process reviews, solution walkthroughs, configuration reviews, integration assessments, and security evaluations.

• Lead or participate in activities such as CRP, product demos, and UAT for Oracle ERP cloud implementation in the Financials Track.

• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes or configurations.

• Demonstrate expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, particularly in SCM applications such as Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Execution, Planning, Supplier Collaboration, and Inventory.

• Lead the definition of systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be processes, and facilitate CRPs and functional configuration.

• Provide support across multiple countries and business units.

• Develop test and training scripts, as well as functional specification documents.

• Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements.


Key Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain implementation and support, with at least 2 years in Oracle SCM Cloud.

• Leadership experience in leading project and application support teams.

• Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture.

• Proficiency in SCM Cloud integration with other modules.

• Functional knowledge in areas such as data conversion, rapid implementation spreadsheets, file-based data load, migrations, interfaces, and OTBI reports.

• Ability to provide technical and business solutions, adapt to new technologies, and solve complex problems.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and dedication to meeting customer expectations.
