Role Overview:

As a Product Intern, you will be key in driving retention and acquisition strategies across our customer journey. You will work closely with our CRM using tools like MoEngage and focus on growth initiatives through various channels, including affiliate programs, refer-and-earn campaigns, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing retention strategies across CRM channels using MoEngage.
  • Manage and optimize customer retention campaigns through targeted segmentation and personalized messaging.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics to understand the impact of retention efforts and optimize accordingly.
  • Work on acquisition strategies, such as affiliate modules and refer-and-earn programs to drive user growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align acquisition and retention campaigns with company goals.
  • Assist in building user engagement flows to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in CRM management and customer retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as MoEngage (experience preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of metrics like engagement rate, churn, and LTV.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
