You’ll work closely with students to guide them through the fundamentals and advanced concepts of coding, problem-solving, and technical interview preparation.This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and ownership, as the responsibilities are not rigidly defined. We want people who are eager to contribute, innovate, and help us scale CipherSchools’ technical learning programs. Food, travel, and accommodation are taken care of while you’re with us in Chandigarh.What You'll Do:Conduct In-person interactive sessions and workshops on Data Structures & Algorithms for studentsDesign and deliver engaging learning content, assignments, and problem setsHelp students strengthen their coding logic and prepare for technical interviewsEvaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedbackCollaborate with the team to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methodologiesContribute to creating online assessment (OA) material and technical resourcesQualifications:Degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, Ph.D., or equivalent practical experience, completed in 2024 or earlier.Strong hold on Data Structures & Algorithms, Advanced DSA, Competitive Coding, and Dynamic ProgrammingIdeal Candidate:Has a strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of Dynamic Programming & Competitive Programming is a plus.Comfortable teaching concepts in languages like C++, Java, or PythonPrior teaching, mentoring experience is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsHas an ability to explain complex technical topics in simple termsEager to work in a collaborative environment and continuously learnReady to relocateHiring Process: Intro round, technical interaction, and Online Assessment (OA)CTC: 10-12 LPAOther Details: Joining: In 15 days
