KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Analyst (eDiscovery).


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide day-to-day systems support for Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules (General Ledger, Payables, Procurement, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Tax, Projects)
  • Assist with open tickets for enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support when needed for bug fixes and other technical issues.
  • Help recording, reporting, resolution and prevention of business incidents involving Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression for Quarterly releases. Perform proof of concept, validation, testing and UAT for new features to adopt in each quarterly release.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend application enhancements and solutions. Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications.
  • Analyze audit, control, security, and licensing implications of all changes.
  • Maintain documentation of enhancements and configuration changes
  • Train users on new functionality and create user training materials.
  • Work closely with any implementation and managed services partners to get a complete understanding and knowledge transfer of work being performed by third parties.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of seven years hands on experience with Oracle ERP two years plus experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Experience in the Oracle Modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP databases and development tools. Previous development experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle ERP Common features and native tools.
  • Experience with supporting the Oracle Cloud ERP Reporting functions like BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Project Costing, Project Billing and Enterprise Contracts modules preferred.
