Role Overview:
The Salesforce Data Quality Lead is responsible for overseeing the overall design, structure, and integrity of Salesforce data. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring the team adheres to best practices for data quality and enrichment.
Responsibilities:
● Define and implement data architecture strategies for Salesforce.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
● Design and maintain data models, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
● Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards.
● Provide guidance to the Data Analysts in data quality and enrichment activities.
● Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems for seamless data flow.
● Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry best practices.
Experience
● Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
● Understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
● Experience with Salesforce data import/export processes.
● Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Salesforce reports and dashboards.
● Proficiency in data profiling to identify data quality issues and trends.
● Experience using data cleansing tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
● Familiarity with external data enrichment tools and APIs.
● Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
● Knowledge of data compliance standards, such as GDPR, and implementation within Salesforce.
● Proficient in SOQL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Salesforce databases.
● Experience in database management and optimization.
● Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools for data quality and enrichment automation.
● Proficiency in creating and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
● Experience with analytical tools for in-depth data analysis.
● Experience in data migration projects, including data mapping and validation.
● Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools.
● Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Salesforce Chatter & Slack.
● Experience using project management tools to coordinate tasks and projects.
