Join Finolex Industries Limited – We’re Hiring an Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist
As a CSR Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for driving impactful social initiatives for Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF). You’ll coordinate with zonal leads, validate CSR requests, and lead the planning and execution of our annual volunteering calendar. From partnering with implementing agencies to optimizing healthcare support and promoting employee engagement, your role will ensure every initiative is meaningful, well-documented, and data-driven. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the central CSR SPOC based at Mukul Madhav Foundation corporate office, coordinating with the CSR Zonal Leads of MMF
- Check and evaluate the authenticity of the CSR request received by MMF
- Design and implement the CSR volunteering calendar
- Manage community engagement and employee volunteer programs
- Identify and collaborate with implementing agencies aligned to CSR focus areas
- Source and negotiate best rates for medical and healthcare-related support services
- Drive employee participation in CSR activities; ensure all volunteer efforts are mapped and tracked
- Publish analytics of the CSR initiatives and projects supporting the other key areas
- Administer and manage the affairs of volunteer activities through smart analytics and enablement through IT
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- MA in Social Development or MSW/ equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of work experience working with Corporate CSR function, curating projects and leading volunteering
Required Key Competencies:
- Strong program management and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, empathetic mindset with a passion for social impact
